Paris, France - Back to see the Louvre. It took me 4 hours just to see 1 floor, so I have to go again. This place is huge - and harrowing for the photographer! All over there are security people trying to stop you photographing even if you don't use a flash. They wave their hands in front of your camera. Completely stupid, because they let you photograph some of the less popular pieces. It's a real double standard and I am seriously thinking of writing a scathing letter to the management. The Louvre is supposed to be for the people but I guess they want to sell you a post card of the Mona Lisa rather than have you save it on your cell phone. Notice the flicks of the Mona Lisa. I had to seriously sneak around the crowd to get these lame shots. I wonder if this has been hotly debated yet? Anyway, still a stellar museum despite the copyright issues.
